النفقة تعتبر من الديون المتجددة الشهرية ويعتبر كل شهر دين مستقل وبذلك اذا تعددت الاشهر والديون المستحقه في دين النفقة يحبس حتى الدفع عن كل دين(شهر) لمدة 60 يوم في السنة على ان لا تتجاوز مدة الحبس مهما تعددت الديون وعن كافة الديون عن 120 يوم في السنة على ان ذلك لا يمنع اعادة حبسه خلال السنة نفسها وان تجاوزت مدة الحبس 120 يوم في السنة لان اثبات المدة يقع على عاتق المحكوم عليه #محامي_شرعي_في_الاردن https://mws.per.jo/ar/rq/44/
