Ain Al-Basha Sharia Court

The Ain Al-Basha Sharia Court is a primary court under the Department of Sharia Courts in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Located in Ain Al-Basha, Balqa Governorate, the court provides comprehensive Sharia judicial services, including family law cases, documentation, enforcement, and Sharia public prosecution. In 2025, the court moved to a new building that houses the Sharia cases, enforcement, documentation, and Sharia public prosecution offices, as well as a family reconciliation and mediation office. This move reflects the Department of Sharia Courts' ongoing efforts to modernize court infrastructure and provide a supportive environment for Sharia justice.
