His Eminence Chief Justice of Sharia Courts, Sheikh Abdul Hafez Al-Rabta, inaugurated the new building of Al-Qasr Court of First Instance (Sharia) in Karak Governorate, in the presence of Director of Sharia Courts Dr. Sameeh Al-Zoubi. During his tour of Al-Qasr Court of First Instance (Sharia), the Chief Justice reviewed the court’s judicial operations, the procedures followed in providing services, and the level of satisfaction among service recipients. He also reviewed the digital services launched by the Department of the Chief Justice of Sharia Courts as part of its digital transformation plan.
He also received a briefing on the court’s main needs and operational requirements, emphasizing the importance of continuing to develop the litigation environment and improving the quality of services provided to citizens.
Establishment of a Family Reconciliation, Mediation and Conciliation Office
As part of efforts to enhance services provided to visitors, the Chief Justice directed the establishment of a Family Reconciliation, Mediation and Conciliation Office at Al-Qasr Court of First Instance (Sharia).
The initiative aims to enhance the integration of family-related services within the court and support appropriate mechanisms for addressing family disputes and resolving conflicts through suitable means.
